🌟 S Pen Keeps Disconnecting Note 10

It become problem after i updated the software (turn out it is a security patch uldate). The S Pen became disconnected, i cannot use it. I make online report, and being suggested to factory reset. I execute it, and nothing happen. Finally i came to the service center, they suggest to buy a new s pen (sinve they said my s pen are facing problem). I find that whenever I use my pen with the Surface Duo it has some specific apps where it will randomly disconnect during use.
